THE ESKANDUR NFT COLLECTION

Dutch and Flemish artists' dedication to capturing nature's beauty reflects their deep-rooted belief in the divine. From Jan Davidszoon de Heem’s flower paintings that gracefully celebrate the blooms of spring, to 17th century still life masterpieces - immortalizing fleeting moments through art before time could take its toll: These works recall a powerful reminder of how our spiritual strong connection with nature always surpasses mortality itself.

Salvador Herrera and ESKANDUR have joined forces with an exclusive NFT Collection associated with physical ESKANDUR products to honor the technique of De Heem, one that balances an array of colors, shapes and textures. From exotic flower petals to bent straws of wheat - all the way down to tiny insects such as butterflies or snails - every element in this mesmerizing artwork tells its own story with an exclusive NFT reserved for purchasers of the collection.

Whether you are a current NFT owner, a web3 newbie, or among those who are trying to figure out what NFT stands for, we’ve created an FAQ to get all of your questions answered.

FAQ

If you have no interest in NFT, you just have to proceed to the ESKANDUR flawless checkout process.

No, you do not need an existing crypto wallet to make a purchase on ESKANDUR website. You can even opt to simply purchase the physical and not take possession of the NFT. Alternatively, if you already have a crypto wallet, you will supply the wallet address/ID in the supplied field during checkout.

Every item from The ESKANDUR Collection is associated with a Digital Certificate of Authenticity in the form of an NFT. This digital certificate can be claimed after purchasing an item from The ESKANDUR website and holding it through the return window.

An NFT secures the digital asset

An NFT is a digital media that can be owned, sold & traded. Ownership and transfer of an NFT is secured by the Polygon blockchain, which ensures that one NFT only has one owner at any given time, and that nobody can modify the history of the token's ownership. NFTs typically contain references to digital files such as photos, videos and audio. In this case, the NFT will serve as a Digital Certificate of Authenticity for The ESKANDUR Collection and a key to exclusive events and opportunities.

You will need to create a crypto wallet such as MetaMask, connect your wallet to Opensea.io website and supply the wallet address/ID in the supplied field during checkout. After purchasing an item from ESKANDUR.com website and holding it through the return window, ESKANDUR will transfer the NFT to your wallet, please note that you might incur gas fees (transaction costs).

You can easily resell your NFT on OpenSea.io. You can opt to sell your physical item along with the NFT, but you are not obligated to do so. Only initial customers on ESKANDUR.com are guaranteed a physical collectible.

There will not be a purchase limit in the ESKANDUR Collection.

A crypto wallet is an application or hardware device that allows individuals to store and transfer digital assets like cryptocurrencies
and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). There are several providers available, with MetaMask being the most popular one. For more details on how to set up a MetaMask wallet, please visit the link: https://metamask.io/faqs

We utilize the Ethereum blockchain.

Please note that if you return the physical product, you will not be entitled to claim the NFT.

As the holder of this exclusive NFT, customers will be granted ESKANDUR gifts. Coming soon.

An NFT is a digital asset or perhaps better described as a digital certificate for a digital or 'virtual' asset. However, if you want to create a link to a physical object - a real life object - then you need to extend that security. Which is where NFC tags take over.

An NFC tag secures the physical asset

It's probably easier to start by making it clear that the NFT itself is not stored on an NFC tag. In much the same way as the NFT doesn't actually store the asset and is just a link to the digital asset, the NFC tag provides a link between the physical object the tag is attached to and the NFT itself. This connection ensures that the authentication NFC tag - and only that authentication NFC tag - created the link to the NFT verification system.

The NFC tag is securely placed on every ESKANDUR product behind its logo, on the chest for the ESKANDUR aprons.

First, activate the NFC tag capabilities on your mobile device. NFC transmissions are short range (from a touch to a few centimeters) and require the devices to be in close proximity of your ESKANDUR product, behind its logo, on the chest for the ESKANDUR aprons. Then, you will be redirected with your internet browser.

Because only NFC tags can provide genuine authentication of a physical object. There's been a number of very high profile projects which have used QR codes as if they are some kind of secure identifier.   However, QR codes provide no security against being copied.
