How to find ESKANDUR products?
The easiest way is to browse using the navigation menus at the top of the page, where you can find links to new products, categories and accessories. Then on the left side, you should be able to filter. If you know what you are looking for, use the search box at the top right.
How to order and pay?
Once you have found what you're looking for, select your size and click on “Add To Cart”. You can continue shopping and add more items to your cart, or proceed straight to checkout. Our checkout process is quick and straight forward. You can either create an account, use a social login or proceed using our guest checkout. We ship worldwide in selected countries. Please fill your information and then select and proceed to payment. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Stripe. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will then be sent directly to you.

Do I need to be registered to buy on www.ESKANDUR.com?
You do not need to be registered to make purchases on www.ESKANDUR.com. You can either create an account, use a social login or proceed using our guest checkout. However, we do recommend that you create a personal account to access the exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.
What are the benefits of being a registered customer?
With "Your Page" you can view a summary of all your orders and purchase new products faster. I am unable to access my page. Check that the data you entered is the same as the data you used at the time of registration. If your account is blocked, please contact Customer Service to request its activation.

Can I reserve an item to buy later?
We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as items are often limited, we don't offer reservations. However, please subscribe to our “Notify me when this product is available” in the product page.
Are ESKANDUR products guaranteed authentic?
Absolutely. Every item from The ESKANDUR Collection is associated with a Digital Certificate of Authenticity in the form of an NFT. The NFC tag provides a link between the physical object the tag is attached to and the NFT itself. This connection ensures the authentication NFC tag - and only that authentication NFC tag - created the link to the NFT verification system.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be carefully prepared in a protective handmade ESKANDUR box, itself protected by a custom cardboard box.
Is the online purchase of products via the www.ESKANDUR.com website secure?
All online transactions are transmitted via a secure server with SSL encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer).
Are my personal details safe?
Absolutely. We keep your personal information confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted. For further details, read the ESKANDUR Privacy Policy.
ORDERING
Where can I find technical information on the individual products?
For each product presented, you will find information relating to the composition, corresponding size chart and instructions for the care of the product, features list and a description of the craftsmanship technique.
Where can I find the size guide?
You can find the size conversion chart and identify your best fit by using the Product Size Guide section on the product page.
Can I add products to an existing order?
It is not possible to add products to an existing order. You must place another order.
How can I request information on a product that is no longer available?
You can contact our Customer Service for more information on the availability.
Can I ask for gift wrapping?
When ordering online you can ask in the Order Notes field of the checkout page for the gift wrapping option with the exclusive packaging. You can request a personal message that will be written on a card.
Are the products purchased online covered by warranty?
Due to the nature of our first collection (aprons meant to endure and protect you), we do not make any guarantees or representations about the quality, timeliness or safety of the Product(s) according to our Terms & Conditions. However, please feel free to contact our Customer Service, we will always help and find solutions.
Are additional fees required beyond the amount confirmed at checkout?
You do not need to pay additional fees. The price shown at checkout is the final price to be paid.
Why my country is not on the list? I can’t buy.
We ship worldwide in selected countries. If your country is not in the list, it means your country’s level of customs fees and/or permits to import an ESKANDUR product, is prohibitive according to its Tariff codes.
PAYMENT
How much will I be charged for delivery?
The shipping costs will be covered by ESKANDUR, all orders offer International Free Shipping.
What are the accepted payment methods?
The payment methods for purchases are: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and JCB); PayPal, Stripe. The billing address must match the address registered with the payment method you want to use.
When will the charge be debited from my account?
The amount will be charged immediately on the selected method of payment. You will receive an email with confirmation.
Why was my credit card or other means of payment rejected at the time of purchase?
If you receive a notification advising that the payment method has been declined, please check that:
1) The details of the card or payment information have been entered correctly;
2) The security code is correct;
3) The credit card has not expired.
In the event that all of the above information is correct, contact your bank or the payment service provider and/or make sure your card is not limited to an amount lower that your cart total amount. Then please try another payment method. For Mexican customers, domestic credit cards (Mexico) may not support charges in USD. Please try Paypal or contact us to find another payment method.
In which currencies can I pay?
Payment will be made in USD.
What are the payment steps when I place an order?
When you place an order within Europe, you may be directed to a 3D Secure authentication by your bank. There are many ways to authenticate online payments and you could be asked to confirm your identity through SMS, email, or TouchID. Once your payment is authenticated, the order will be placed and you’ll return to the www.ESKANDUR.com order confirmation page. As soon as your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive an email.

CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel my order?
Purchases may be canceled if you notify us within one hour of placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@ESKANDUR.com. Requests for cancellation that are placed more than one hour after placing an order will not be accepted. We are not obligated to cancel any purchase and any cancellation is solely at our discretion.
SHIPPING
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times begin on the shipment date and vary depending on the selected shipping service or the otherwise available service in every country. Orders will be processed within two working days and should be delivered within three to seven working days. Orders are delivered during business hours (8am – 6pm CET, Monday – Friday).
How can I track the status of my order?

In which country ESKANDUR ships its products?
ESKANDUR ships its products from Mexico at the moment.
How much will I be charged for delivery?

Do I have to pay import taxes?
All ESKANDUR product(s) will be shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis, which means that import taxes and duties, if applicable, will be covered by ESKANDUR. If you’re an international customer, ESKANDUR and/or Customs may ask for your cell phone number, IRS, EIN, SSN or your legal TaxID number before authorizing delivery to your address. You will usually have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to its original location.
Is my shipment insured?
All products are insured against theft and damage during transit from our warehouse to the delivery address. If your parcel is damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you accept the shipment 'goods unchecked' before signing.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Will I pay taxes and/or import duties?
All ESKANDUR product(s) will be shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis, which means that import taxes and duties, if applicable, will be covered by ESKANDUR. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How can I return a product?

How much time do I have to return a product?
A purchase shall be returned within 24 hours of receiving your order (to impede any Phygital NFT ownership transfer to the blockchain which can’t be revoked). For more information see the Return Policy section.
Where can I find the Eskandur - Return Letter.docx file which is required for any return ?
You will find the file at the following LINK. Please make sure to sign and date it in both verisons, Spanish and English.
Can I return a product received as a gift?
The person who placed the order can return a product received as a gift within 30 days of receiving the order. For more information, see the Return Policy section.
Can I exchange a product?
Within 24 hours of receiving your order, you can replace a product by ordering a different size or an alternative color, when available in stock and returning the previous product. For more information, see the Return Policy section.
Can I return two different orders in the same box?
No, it is not possible to return two different orders in the same box. For Customs clearance purpose, each order shall be returned in separate boxes.
Can I return the item with a different courier from the one who made the delivery?
No, for Customs clearance purpose, you shall use the same courier indicated by ESKANDUR. Otherwise, the customer assumes full responsibility for the export, import and shipping costs and any damage or loss of the products during the return shipment.
Where is my returned item?
To track your return shipment, enter the tracking number in our Tracking your Order webpage.
How long does it take to obtain a refund in the event of a return?
If your refund is approved, the full amount (excluding VAT, customs import and delivery charges) will be returned to you via your original Payment Method only. Refunds via your Payment Method will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the internal policies and procedures of your Payment Method’s issuer.
Can I send the item to be returned from a different country than the one from which the order was shipped?
No, for Customs clearance purpose, customers should dispatch the Products for return from the same country where the Products were first delivered.

How do I apply a promo code?
All you need to do is add your eligible items to your shopping bag. Depending on the promo code, either it will be automatically applied, or you may have to manually enter it at checkout.
